Abraham Lincoln Quote Still Inspires

“The dogmas of the quiet past, are inadequate to the stormy present.  The occasion is piled high with difficulty, and we must rise with the occasion.  As our case is new, so we must think anew and act anew.  We must disenthrall ourselves, and then we shall save our country. ”  – Abraham Lincoln I was watching the TED talk from 2010 of Sir Ken Robinson yesterday, and he mentioned this quote.  It remains relevant and inspirational for those interested in innovation, and are open to change, which is why I think it’s important for those involved in learning & development.   I thought I would share.
