“There just aren’t enough hours in the day.” How many times have you heard, said, or thought that phrase? In a hyper-fast paced world, we’re all increasingly time poor. Our to-do lists get longer and longer, not shorter. It’s a constant source of employee frustration. We eat breakfast at our desks (if we eat it at all). We drink coffee on our way to work. We rush from meeting to meeting, constantly playing catch up with the workload that’s waiting for us back at our desks. But in actual fact, there are plenty of hours in the day. Perhaps we just need to use them more wisely. There are various time management techniques and tools we can learn, to use our time better.

2. Monday.com

Monday.com allows you and your team to plan, organize, and track tasks in one visual, collaborative space. This is a time tracking app that could rapidly speed up your weekly meetings.

3. ClockShark

ClockShark is the time management app for construction and trades. For field service workforces that want to get rid of paper time sheets, ClockShark is a GPS time tracking app that’s both powerful and easy to use.

Another top time management app, Trello visualizes your projects as lists pinned to digital bulletin boards. Each list is filled with individual “cards”, which can represent tasks, goals, or ideas. Team members can add comments, files, and labels to cards, so everyone is on the same page. This is an awesome app for tracking the progress of big projects or organizing your latest brainstorming session.

9. Loop – Habit Tracker

If you find you or your colleagues are unproductive because of bad habits, Loop is the app to try out. If you have a specific goal you want to achieve, set it within the app. Then you’ll be able to access dozens of behavior “recipes” to repeat on a daily basis. For those struggling to manage everything they have to do, there’s Remember The Milk. This free app is compatible with your mobile, computer, Gmail, and Outlook. It helps you to manage your tasks easily, and reminds you of the things you need to do.
