Enriching Video: Millennials in the Workplace Training

Lately, everyone has been focusing on Millennials in the workplace – how to onboard them, how to train them, and, in short- how to make the rising power in the labor market most productive to your enterprise. The Video included here by Official Comedy, is great example of the “Y generation” shortcomings, but there is more there than just making fun your new workers. I always like to approach other sides of learning, rather than just staying on your old fashion curriculum routines. Funny videos are perfect for breaking the routine and enrich your training program with new perspectives. Mixing your training routines with some funny videos (or any other way to make it less routine) is an excellent way to increase your training program’s productivity.
