I always like to think out of the box, and when it comes to training, a new way of thinking is always welcome.  When you want to find ways to get your training program more productive, think about a way that can stimulate the employee’s mind. When of the interesting trends in the world of training is Gamification.   This way of thinking, which involves “games” in the training process, can both stimulate the subject’s mind and increase learning productivity.
