This infographic by BLR highlights important training trends of 2014 surveying over 1000 HR professionals. Some topics covered include the most popular training methods, resources and materials used, and HR’s role in the training process. The most common training topics for employees is new hire orientation, while the most common topic for managers is sexual harassment awareness. 22% of the professionals surveyed said that job skills were the most needed training their organization required. Over half have training sessions last at least one hour, but 27% of respondents said there wasn’t enough time for training.
